Like anything valuable, maintenance and care is required to keep the vehicle leather soft, supple and free from premature damage. 
Should you invest in professional vehicle upholstery care or is it okay to just do it yourself?

Let's get the obvious out of the way: Professional upholstery care will cost more than doing it yourself. However, the cost of fixing a mistake with the leather treatment, like staining or marring it by incorrect methods could cost you more in the long run.

The Professional Choice
Professional leather care & upholstery products are very strong (which is why they are so effective, when used correctly). It needs to be applied in a certain manner with care and attention to detail. The result is visibly different when compared to home care. 

We don’t recommend any retail products readily available because they are often watered down (so they don't get sued) for any colour change or damage, and need to be used constantly, resulting in buying more product. You end up with a poor result and into a continual cycle of cleaning.
